Welcome to Maple Lane Farms, there's always something happening at your local equestrian center.

Enjoy abundant wildlife, breathtaking views and a serene setting. Our spectacular trail rides and hospitality will be sure to win you over.

Maple Lane Farms is located minutes from downtown Bracebridge, and is situated on 100 acres of prime Muskoka landscape. Maple Lane offers equestrian and community activities for people of all ages and experience.

 

Maple Lane supports and is actively involved in community living programs, in Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, and Huntsville. We also support the winter elective and active living programs for local schools. Maple Lane Farms also hosts the Culture and Recreation Learn to Ride Program, as well as summer day camps.

All camp councilors at Maple Lane Farms have High Five certification, a recognized Parks and Recreation of Ontario program, as well as the town of Bracebridge. All senior and full time staff are be fully trained in CPR and first aid and as of March of 2009 Maple Lane Farms will be equipped with a defibrillator.

Maple Lane Farms has five dedicated coaches, covering all disciplines. We have one large indoor arena, a large out door jumping ring, and a 20 meter by 60 meter dressage ring, with a new indoor arena on its way.

Maple Lane Farms houses close to 80 horses year round, with over 40 box stalls, a trail barn, a separate camp barn, and acres of pasture. There is well over 100 students participating in our lesson program, with sales, leasing and part boarding available.

Dedicated riders at the farm participate in horse shows all over Ontario in various disciplines, including: Local Shows, Schooling Shows, Fall Fairs, Fund Raisers, Dressage, Horse Trials/Eventing, Combined Tests, and Trillium.

Maple Lane Farms is also a member and proud supporter of Equine Canada, and OEF the Ontario Equestrian Federation. Maple Lane Farms is constantly improving to meet, and exceed industry standards, and feeds only the highest quality of hay and grain, with automatic outdoor water. Maple Lane Farms is always open to the general public and looks forward to meeting all equine enthusiasts from beginner to seasoned riders.

Farms can be educational and Maple Lane is no exception. Schools and home-schooling parents, take an afternoon with us at our Petting Zoo. We have many friendly farm animals in a clean environment. Kids can bottle feed the baby goats, lambs, ducklings, pigs and calves while they learn about nature and the farming life. Please call ahead for large school groups.

Under new ownership in October 2006 major improvements have been made to make education, lessons, day camps and community programs a larger part of our farm. Named by Bracebridge Examiner and the Gravenhurst Banner 2008 Reader's Choice Award for BEST RIDING FACILITY.

Last fall we started a new program called Pony Pals - a 5 session riding program for under privileged children and had a new addition of 2 Alpacas. Watch for our upcoming events in the Spring 2009, Maple syrup tapping with education program and "Tuck Shop" providing snacks, produce, baked goods, farm fresh eggs and more.
